There are two ways to add candidates into Enroll Talent.

Add a candidate from the "Candidates" page

  • Go to the "Candidates" page.

  • Click on the "Add a candidate" button located at the top right of the page.

  • Indicate the last name, first name, job offer associated with the candidate. Complete with email and phone number as needed.

  • Click on the "Add a candidate" button.

Add a candidate from a job offer

  • Go to the page of the job offer in question.

  • Click on the "Applications" tab, then on "Add a candidate".

  • Enter the name, first name. Complete with email and phone number if needed.

  • Click on the "Add a candidate" button.

The candidates you add are listed with other candidates in the "Candidates" page. You can access their respective profile by clicking on their name and add more information if needed.
